ANALYST / ASSOCIATE – EQUITY CAPITAL MARKETS / M&A

- You will mainly work on financial models, business valuations, information memorandums & investment structures on sell-side/buy-side M&As and equity capital market transactions. You will work with the deal-lead to coordinate due diligence, negotiate transaction terms and execute ECM and M&A transactions.
- 02-03 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance /transaction services, management/strategy consulting or private equity/venture capital.
- Sound working knowledge of financial modeling, corporate finance, valuation methods and accounting.
